This place feels unsafe and completely out of control. I’ve seen homeless people exposing themselves, urinating in public, digging through trash, and hanging around the streets at all hours. There’s constant suspicious activity, drug use, and people openly causing disturbances. Definitely not a safe or comfortable environment for families or kids. Management seriously needs to step up security and clean this place up
