Never fixes anything we had a leaking roof for 8+ months. Also lots of drugs in the park, police and swat were there almost every other day when I lived there.

The owner is a slumlord and it takes forever and a month to fix anything then u move out he blames you for breaking the place up
Do NOT rent under Michael F, he threw out everything my goddaughter owned, she's 5... and now has no toys.
