Very concerned for the homeowners at Shady Acres! Park rent went from $265 to $800+. WHY? New Owners want these retired folks and lower income families out? Give extended notice and help these people find solutions! You are bankrupting people and causing them to lose their homes. Shame on you.
In two years, the space rent for this small park with older trailers has gone from $265 to $880. People have lost their homes and one man was evicted for speaking with the press. I am concerned for the well being of those who are still in the park. I feel that their safety is at risk, many being retired and disabled on limited income and being evicted during a winter when we have lost multiple homeless to exposure and hypothermia. The Shady Acres MHP was featured locally on KOBI Ch5,while Kara Kennedy sits in her million dollar home in Milwaukee,Oregon all the while jacking up the tenants rent 300% to over $800 in what's looks like an attempt run everyone off,what's your plan then Ms.Kennedy,?
Hi, I am the owner of Shady Acres Mobile Home Park, Kara Kennedy. The person who is writing these reviews is a disgruntled employees and evicted tenants. Its all fabricated. For the record, I'm Irish, hence the name Kennedy! :)
