Edith was the only good receptionist I have come across there, if you go in ask for her she was so helpful. She explained everything fully and booked me in for an appointment right there and then.
A new review of Shadwell Medical Centre. Employment of new doctors or young doctors should be given more training about client care and who do not know about African/Carribean Health Conditions that a type of ethnicities who carry certain gene and are not dealing with the symptoms daily. The receptionist is very rude and impatient. Asked her a simple question and she just ignored us.
The diamond website is horrendous doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Impossible to make appointments.
