I called on Wednesday afternoon and had a new water heater in less than 48 hours. Steve apologized that he couldn't get to me until Friday because he was already booked up for the next day. He picked up the water heater from Home Depot, saving me the delivery charge, arrived on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Can't ask for any better service than Shad's Plumbing.
