I cannot recommend Shad’s One Stop Food & Catering enough! I reached out with a very short turnaround time for my husband’s surprise birthday dinner party, and Chef Shad was incredibly accommodating. He worked closely with me to get every detail situated despite the time crunch. The customer service was top-tier, and the food quality was outstanding—you can tell he is truly talented. Whether you need catering for an event or just want to grab a meal from the food truck, do it! You won't be disappointed.
I’m so disappointed. I ordered from the food truck last night. My expectations were high. I spent over $100 and it was not quality. I got the wings and pasta. But the pasta was very dry, i got seafood fried rice and it smelt very fishy you can tell the seafood had gone bad. The egg rolls and fries were soiled in grease and dry tasting . And the Mac & cheese was watery. I’m so upset.
Shad catered our children’s B’Mitzvah luncheon in Baltimore and I can’t say enough good things about it. Shad was great to work with, definitely prompt and responsive. What I loved was that he kept the focus on what my children’s favorite foods were and incorporated those into the menu. This was so much more special than just picking options off some restaurant’s catering menu. The best part was that the food was AMAZING! He used lots of fresh ingredients and the waffles were some of the best I’ve ever tasted.
