I rented here for over 6 years, this place is quiet, safe and affordable. Very family friendly environment as you will have kids playing in the courtyard when the weather is nice out and neighbors getting together for cookouts. The landlord Andy was always very helpful and manages the area very well, any issues we had were resolved in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this area!
Don’t waste your time going to this property. The manager Andy seems Bipolar and has a serious attitude problem. Me and my girlfriend went there, was upfront with him about our past. He said it will not be a problem, took our money then I called him 2 days later he asked about something, then would not give me a chance to explain just said I lied. I tried to explain to him that I told him in his office about it already but didn’t want to hear anything got very rude and loud and said I am not renting to you period. Maybe if h... read more
