I want to start by saying Shadowed is a pretty cool pool, (ONLY if you go when staff member Zack is not there.) When I first went to shadowood pool this season, I was rudely and abruptly told by a staff member to come back inside through the women's room and leave because my pass didn't work. While I can understand there may have been a miss understanding, it was extremely rude, embarrassing and cold the way I was treated by a staff member (young asian male named Zack-- not that ethnicity matters but it's a just a way to mak... read more
Great facility. Has two slides, one of which is smaller child friendly and has a basketball hoop. Always clean and tidy. Also has wonderful staff. Strongly recommend visiting.
