Rented from one of the owners here for a year. The location is great, with gorgeous walking paths and outdoor spaces, and the price was hard to beat, but the buildings are old and in need of repair (so much mold) and the towing is worse than anywhere I've ever lived or even visited. Even if you have a valid parking pass, you can get your car towed for all sorts of stupid reasons, and no matter the reason, you have to pay (and they always tow you in the middle of the night so they can charge you extra).
