Do not even attempt to file a claim against these people for broken or lost items if you have filed a claim against another company in the past for pcs moves because they hold that against you. We left Ft Knox with a fully working washing machine only to get a broken one at delivery. We waited several weeks for a repairman to come out and look at our machine where he decided that it was damaged in transit.
