Lived here 31 years and I'm incredibly happy with my choice for real estate.
A tree branch had fallen and scratched my car. I called and/or emailed the Management and the Maintenance Supervisor multiple times to file a claim. It took 2 weeks to get a reply from Management. The Maintenance Supervisor never returned my calls. Chris at Cap management basically said they are not responsible. Then what is the harm to file a claim and have it be denied? Why would I take their word. Let the Insurance Companies hash it out. I do not have any luck parking in the main parking lot. I parked in the middle sectio... read more
