One of your security guards slapped me so hard it chipped my tooth … then I was threatened by multiple guards / staff … I was looking forward to enjoying my time and was hoping to bring friends and be able to tell friends about a positive experience but I’m honestly traumatized 🥺 I’m 4”9 and 75 lbs I don’t understand why I was treated so aggressively and when I looked for help I was refused and treated terribly..
