I live here. They charge $570 per month( oops that was last year ), this year it's $635 as a fee. There are absolutely NO AMENITIES that this gets you., except a clubhouse you can rent out if you wanted it for an event* ... I saw one of the highlighted quotes about how nice the sidewalk lights are lit and the grounds of houses are kept....thats bc the people who live there put lights in and also the flowers and mulch for our properties You pay for your own snow removal( except for main roads) you cut your own grass.
