Easy to deal with and great communication! I reiceved updates and photos along the whole trip and they even had an option to watch a live feed. Trustworthy! And most importantly - the filly made it from VA to IL safely!!

I can’t say enough great things about Shadow Ridge Transport LLC. I reached out at 4:05 AM on Monday (5/4), and by 5:00 AM on 5/5, my horse was safely home from Ohio - NJ. Lori and the other driver (I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name!) were absolutely wonderful. They kept in constant communication the entire trip and made sure I was updated on their ETA every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. They are the best around to haul your horses or anything they else u need hauled. They keep their trailers very clean and have cameras on board to watch every move. I highly recommend Shadow Ridge Transport for all ur needs

Not sure why some of the bad reviews. Maybe it was drivers the owner had hired, but I have these guys haul my horse on several occasions and I know if James’ drivers don’t perform well, he lets them go. I have a 17.2 hand Clyde’s/belgian and they have always treated him like gold. The owner monitors all cameras in trucks. I would never use anyone else. They are super communicative.
