The manager does not have any control of the visitors parking lots and half of the people rent the parking lots and some people just use the parking lots to do mechanic. There is also this man that works for the office(manager) and he goes around and takes pictures of peoples house and he doesn’t even have our consent, the manager gives us papers that say stuff like we have trash in front of our houses and they also say we can’t have things in our porches.
