We moved in about 2 months ago. Our experience thus far has been positive. The new manager Debra has been effortlessly consistent on cleaning up the community and ensuring our community (neighborhood) stays safe and well managed. The maintenance men have been tremendous at addressing all our concerns and issues immediately. Jason did a great job at fixing our bathroom. Simple issue that get addressed timely and correctly.
