Jacuzzi in the room overflowed into the shower. They fixed it timely. We were offered a refund/discount but they never called back or reached out, even though they said they get back to us and took both of our phone numbers. We had to call them many times to get a hold of them, only to be told they were not going to discount us. Very nice place to stay. Very good price.
This place was fabulous! Beautiful location and friendly people. I rented a cabin for a romantic getaway and it did not let me down. Large cabin with a large spa tub and a fireplace. I will be back for sure
