This is the most upstanding place I have ever been to. I had brought my car in for an emergency, seeing a puddle under my car a month ago. It had been over 110 degrees in Phoenix for a while. It turned out that it was OK and nothing needed to be done since it was just antifreeze, normal. They told me all was OK, did not charge me anything and sent me on my way. They are always friendly, tell you like it is and offer you recommendations for potential areas on your vehicle that look like they could use some work without trying to pressure you into doing it right then which I appreciate!!
My 63 ford recently had a clutch problem and due to the age of the vehicle I could not find the parts necessary to fix it any where. After calling and visiting every place I could to resolve the problem myself I brought it Graham at Shadow mountain. To say their customer service was good would be an understatement.
