Hi, can we request a pickleball court or draw additional lines on the tennis court and we can bring our own net for it? I am paying the HOA fee and always need to commute about an hour to another HOA to play pickleball???!
This office is a miss. Phone calls after 4pm are put on hold indefinitely. Legitimate complaints don’t really get the attention it should yet they seem to be very aggressive on trivial things (or collecting payments). Corporate needs to operate from this location so that inconsistencies are fixed and resolved and a complete retraining from the top down… I don’t blame anyone in particular I believe people pass on learned behavior from older employees and bad habits were picked up.
