Unfortunately I had to rate the staff as a one star. It doesn't deserve that high of a ranking. Ownership/management has changed and the new staff (Darla the manager) is terrible. They can't get their billing correct. They tried charging extra fees that are not included in the lease agreement. They can't even read/understand the lease agreement they use.
