Couldn't be happier with the work of John and his team. We needed to replace the flooring on one floor of our house, but also wanted to fix a persistent problem with increasingly squeaky floors. He first tried simply screwing the plywood subfloor down, which was the obvious first step, but when that didn't work, he took the time to fully remove the plywood subfloor and eventually located and fixed the problem. We had such a great experience with Shadow Contractor from start to finish! We are in the process of selling our home and had wanted a few repairs and upgrades done before listing it. John understood my concern about wanting it done quickly as we were just about to go to market, was able to come in very quickly to provide an estimate, and got the work done 2 days later. The work they completed looked amazing and took so much stress off me as the homeowner. Will definitely use them again!
