Excellent dining experience at Shadow 66; very highly recommend! The atmosphere is unmatched with the vintage gas station decor and vibes down to the smallest detail, and is even equipped with two classic cars. Food service was a little on the longer side but every table was filled and we enjoyed the time so much it didn't matter. We stopped here on our way to Art Omi. Very nice decor and the food looked and smelled amazing. Unfortunately, we waited 1h15 (on the clock) and our food never came. We waited as long as we could, as there are not a lot of other options nearby... but we ended up leaving very hungry. I know it was probably an unusual mistake but the complete lack of care was very unpleasant (as in, they barely said anything nor offered us the option to order appetizers since our main order was taking longer to be ready).

Remarkable place. Astrid, Nick and the crew are divine. Quirky, glorious environs...best French I've had since living in the 7th in Paris. I covet both the venue and the quality and delivery of their stuff. If you recognize it..congratulations. If you don't, up your game because you are an idiot pretender! An absolute, unexpected gem in the States.
