Dr. Schiffern is wonderful beyond words. He was recommended to me for a complicated shoulder problem by another orthopedic surgeon who told me Schiffern is the go to source for other orthopedic surgeons seeking consultation on complex shoulder surgeries. I've undergone two surgeries with him and am amazed by what a sweet, kind and caring person he is. He always has time to listen, answer questions and provide solutions and alternatives. His "bedside manner " is thee best. Plus, his whole staff is great. I highly recommend!

Had shoulder problems for a very long time. Cortisone injections are like a band-aid and only relieve the pain for awhile. After I decided it was time to have surgery, I needed an orthopedic doctor but didnt know who to go to. I got several names from friends and ended up going to see Dr.Schiffern.
