Consulted for shoulder discomfort. Dr.Schiffern performed a reverse total shoulder in October 2024. Shoulder surgery went well with little to no pain and healed without problems. Excellent physician, kind,caring and compassionate. Highly recommend. Ònly negative is- takes a while to get on his appointment schedule- which indicates he is an excellent physician!
Everything was timely, professional and pleasant. There was ample time for questions and discussion of alternatives.
Dr. Schiffern is wonderful beyond words. He was recommended to me for a complicated shoulder problem by another orthopedic surgeon who told me Schiffern is the go to source for other orthopedic surgeons seeking consultation on complex shoulder surgeries. I've undergone two surgeries with him and am amazed by what a sweet, kind and caring person he is. He always has time to listen, answer questions and provide solutions and alternatives. His "bedside manner " is thee best. Plus, his whole staff is great. I highly recommend!
