Was very knowledgeable and professional about my situation.
My first teleconference with a Dr. Was very easy to connect. Dr Shadi took a lot of time with me answering all my questions and then reviewing the steps we'll be taking to switch medications. She made sure my other scripts were good and asked about any other health concerns. She's really easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease.
Great doctor very helpful
Took them 6 months to write a perscription they put me on and cant schedule appointments for 8 months. If they cant do the basics they probably cant do anything else.
