Needed my son’s workspace to have blackout blinds for the Summer and after hours of searching for the right company, I found Max with Shade Zone Blinds. From the moment I met him, I could tell that he loved his job and he spent time to advise me on the type of blinds I should get and what colour. Got a call 2 weeks later and the most beautiful blinds arrived! ShadeZone provided outstanding customer service! I needed a replacement clip for my blinds, and they went above and beyond by offering it free of charge. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about helping people without expecting anything in return. Highly recommend them for their kindness and excellent service!
ShadeZone is on a pedestal above all others in my opinion. After purchasing a small town house with plans to update/upgrade I was introduced to the owner Max. He was friendly and came by for measurements, giving a couple of recommendations when asked (bachelor struggling with finishing choices).
