I ordered replacement panels for my awning that vermin damaged over the winter. The order was perfect & size fit like a glove. Samantha & team were easy to work with.

We had bought Shade Tree Awnings almost 20 years ago and they have held up well. However we needed replacements and The Outdoor Shade Store found me. Excellent Customer service. All done via Email and telephone as I live in Pennsylvania. Lori was great to work with. She was able to pull up the old files, we remeasured and the new awnings fit exactly. Not cheap but the last set held up for a long time. Extremely pleased and highly recommend.
Samantha worked diligently to resolve an order issue that originated with the predecessor company Shade Tree LLC. She and her supervisors brought the problem to a close to our satisfaction. Customer service and the products sold are excellent.
