they installed shades 2yrs ago.. March 31 2021 one of my shades suddenly fell apart. spoke to Anna April 5 2021 so someone can come out and assess the cost to repair or replace. I've been speaking to Anna on numerous occasions regarding this.. It is now May 8 and no one has yet to come out. Anna keeps telling me she's giving the message to some one..but no one is has come, in the meantime, the missing shade is 1. an eye sore, 2. makes me feel so exposed... based on this i will not recommend them.
Tried getting my shades installed after being told by customer service that they are busy and booked for a week. I waited 3 weeks going on a month now and constantly contacting customer service. A employee via texts me and I explain what I need. He said he would get back to me. He did not I had to contact him again. So now going on 4 weeks. The man who contacted me sends a employee with NO materials or idea of what he came for. He had a drill in his hand and told me he was told he was supposed to changed something.? Is a nice place to get good shades
Terrible quality, terrible communication. If you're looking for a company to install black-out shades (or any type, really), I suggest to go some place else. The problems started even before they installed the shades for us, e.a. it took us weeks to try to figure out the date and get them to come to our apartment. They would not respond to emails for days, and their customer service was quite incompetent.
