I had to post on Google because her booking site is not letting me post my review. I did not have a good service experience with Gabrielle. She is good at holding a conversation while you are seated but is terrible at communicating outside the shop. I would contact her countless times, trying to reschedule my appointment a week in advance, and she did not respond until the day of the original appointment, asking if " I was still coming?" I purchased a hydration package after a web event almost a year ago in Dec 2021. The package didn’t show up after promises of 2 more weeks each time and supply chain issues. Eventually I requested a refund and was told by Gabrielle and her assistant that it would come. They eventually stopped replying my emails and I am still out $125. 0/10 would not recommend.

I was so excited to get my hair done and even more happy that Gabrielle decided to travel to Atlanta. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. She has a great personality and most importantly very knowledgeable and left me with good hair tips and products to use until next time. The services I received was crochet braids, trim wash/deep condition, scalp detox and moisture treatment. I will definitely be a returning customer.
