In July 2019, I ordered nearly $2,400 in solar shades from Shades Shutters Blind. All of the shades arrived with the wrong color cassette. In addition, four were the wrong size, and one was damaged. Customer service promised me a $150 credit if I would keep the wrong color, and they replaced the defective shades. This is my third time odering with this company. Adam is great with his costumers and helped me a lot. I have never had any issues with placing or receiving my order. It was sweet and simple.
