Wondering if this place is still in business?? Ordered a shade back in June, 2019 and have been trying to reach customer service via phone, emails, and voice mails...with no responses. Spend over $400 on a custom shade. If we get a resolution I will edit this review, but until then I would caution you about ordering from here.
Loved the shades but the company sent the wrong length on one of the shades that was ordered. Now, no one is answering phones or e-mails and will not contact me back. I have been trying to get a response for almost a month now. I have called or e-mailed at least once a day and left dozens of messages. Absolutely will not do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
We had ordered from this company earlier this year & were very pleased. We placed a bigger order on Aug 5, 2019, and never received the products or any return calls or correspondence, despite multiple messages left.Other review sites show many other customers with the same experience. Our credit card was billed at the time of the order. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I would definitely NOT order from this company at this time! THIS WAS A RECENT DEVELOPMENT- WERE PREVIOUSLY A RELIABLE COMPANY

So happy I found this! Such fast and friendly service. Louis was helpful and took great care of me and all done over phone. I will be using them again.
