now New i’ve had the worst experience from day one they were friendly on the phone. I made my first payment. I attended the video call. I did everything they asked me to do. When I called the office they told me that I had not paid. I had to emailed them all kinds of receipts showing I had paid, waited on the video call for two hours for my appointment with Darnell and no one showed up last Friday at 8pm.
