I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this landscaping company. They promised to complete specific work, but they failed to deliver on those commitments. I made several phone calls trying to get answers and give them an opportunity to make things right, but my calls were repeatedly ignored and never returned. It's incredibly frustrating to hire a company expecting professionalism and accountability, only to be left with unfinished or unfulfilled promises and no communication. When they pulled up I was confused because we never called or contracted them. They were sent by consumers to repair the lawn after a new gas line was put in. I was even more confused when I saw that almost all of the bad reviews in the last year were related to their consumers work so I want to make it very very clear. I paid absolutely nothing. Shades of green was to do restoration on my yard for consumers. They came out, already knowing (they took pictures 3 weeks prior) they had to cut out large tree roots out of the ground, add top soil, seed, and to complete some re-landscaping. They came out, cut out some roots, raked the dirt that was left, threw some seed down, and a little bit of straw. Initial.service was great. But... never followed up with our problem of dying plants they supplied and planted as well as improperly installed edging. Called 3 times to get my irrigation winterized and never did the work or communicated whether they wanted the job or not. They even used photos of our work on their website but as of now would like thise removed.very poor communication.
Irresponsible. Unresponsive. Careless. Promises made, promises not kept.
