We used Shades of Green for irrigation for several years, and that was never a problem. I got to know the person and we worked together pretty well. Then I hired them for landscaping, and the project was really difficult because of Todd, the owner. We already had a plan designed by a landscape architect, but Todd dismissed parts of it for his own ideas. Have always done an excellent job and their customer service is amazing. I had tons of questions that they answered without failure. I was and continue to be impressed with their work
Their operations manager is very engaged and focused on customer satisfaction as are the employees. Use them for mowing, lawn maintenance, irrigation and snow removal.

They are unprofessional, it is 11:30pm and the person "supervising" snow removal is sitting in their car and continuously honking their horn to get the workers attention, but it's not like they are in a residential area and not in the middle of the night during the week. Complete disturbance to the area
