Shades of glory was contracted out to cater our event. They did not answer the phone hours before the event and was TWO HOURS LATE. We had to go out and BUY food for our guests b/c they were so hungry! When they finally arrived they struggled to set up the food, much of the food was bland and tasteless. The pasta was dry and over cooked! It was so bad that we had almost an entire pan left!
