I had such a great experience at Shades of Envy! I’ve always been nervous about going to salons because I worried that asking for “just a trim” would turn into a big chop I didn’t want. Emily completely put my fears to rest—she really listened to my concerns, respected what I wanted, and took such good care of me. She made the whole experience comfortable, and for the first time in a long time, I actually left the salon feeling excited instead of anxious. Christina did a lovely job! Cut my hair exactly the way I asked. She is friendly and very knowledgeable! Love my beautiful blow out!! I recommend highly!
Christina was very nice and did a great job on my hair!
I paid $160 for my daughter to get her hair done and she has splotches of yellow all over her head. She got made fun of a lot because of this. It looks absolutely horrendous. I called to ask for money back or her hair redone and the manager started talking mad crap about me thinking the phone was muted. This place is completely unprofessional an absolutely ridiculous.
