These guys are a top notch local business. They are friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We stopped in the store with the hopes of getting my son's sunglasses repaired. Unfortunately, they we're not able to be repaired due to the size screw, but they tried their best. They took the time to talk to my son about college and they helped him pick out a new pair of sunglasses for his birthday. Steve, Brandon, and their team have been professional, responsive, and great to work with from start to finish. Super nice people! Great selection, came in and they tightened my glasses and replaced nose pieces on a pair I brought with. Definitely need to come back and purchase a few pairs and tell my friends. Thank you!!
I went in for a new pair of sunglasses and was helped by a fellow named Jackson. Not only did Jackson assist me as soon as I walked in the door, he was super knowledgeable about all the different brands and the appropriate application for each lens color. I grabbed a pair quickly and realized I didn’t love them so I brought them back the next day. Jackson helped me exchange them for a pair I loved and it was quick and easy. Thanks Jackson and thanks Shades for the excellent service as ALWAYS!
