Exceptional customer service …if you’re looking for sunglasses, Shades is it. Locally owned, great selection, knowledgeable staff. Steve went the extra mile and expedited a repair; imagine the devastation of a Hawaii trip (my husband’s 50th state!) without my Maui Jims. The Aloha spirit reigns supreme at Shades of Charleston. 🌸
If all businesses operated a well as this one everyone would be much happier. Cooper and other store personnel could not have been more helpful, thoughtful or patient. Fixed my wife’s sunglasses (not purchased there) with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Can’t say enough good things about them.
One of the best local businesses in Charleston! The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make customers happy. I’m partial to the Cordina brand, but they carry all styles and price points. Love Shades of Charleston!
