Today my fiance visited Shades. We were drawn there because of the sign we saw on the highway. We were looking for a pair of Oakley that were wrap around.Elllis helped us , he showed us different styles even the brand Shades designs. We ended up buying Costa Shades, perfect fit and price. We even got a discount since my fiance was retired military. We will definitely return when we visit Charleston. The store is organized and there are so many styles to chose from.
Super friendly staff, willing to walk you around the store suggesting styles and brands depending on your use case. John was perfect not pushy, letting me still choose frames I liked answered my questions with ease.
This is my go to places for glasses but today they fixed my nose pieces for no charge! They are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend
shout to your saturday june 21st crew, was in already knowing what i wanted and someone approached me within 20 seconds asking if i needed help, proceeded to realign my ray bands which were crooked and replace the nose guards. got an 80 dollar pair of sandals seem to be worth it so far. Always have had outstanding customer service here and thats why i continue taking my business here. Thanks yall!
