Ginger was very rude, rough with my Mother. She was told to do the perm first and then the hair cut. That's not the way it is done said Ginger. She then cut my Mom's hair too short then did the perm. When she was taking the rods out she was pulling them out, hurting my Mom. When I called and made the hair appointment for my Mom I was told that a cut and perm would be $60, then was charged $65. The young lady that did all the work, shampoo was very polite and gentle with my Mom. So for her she gets the highest rating. Cannot ... read more
