Thank you Shades of Australia !I was unsure on which way to proceed with my outdoor screen. I had three quotes from different companies and Shades of Australia were by far the most professional and helpful , not to mention competitively priced. Awning issues. I made 3 phone calls, one email ...zero follow up or response. Had some issues with quality of install, ie.. I believe awning needs to be on slight slope to allow water to drain off instead of pooling in mass puddles in middle, not helped by the whole frame already sagging in centre, also one of rails not screwed on securely. phoned 3 Fridays in a row, said they were onto it, but no return call, then my last call to them on 3rd Friday I was asked to send photos via email which i have done... 5 days ago! .. sti... read more
Nath and the team are brilliant. The consummate professionals. We drive past the shop in Mornington every day! Once we finally pulled the trigger on our blinds, we couldn't have been happier. We also got this bad boy for our business, incredible work from the team.
