We recently had screen roller blinds installed at the front of our house for privacy, along with beautifully made blockout curtains on two windows. The advice we received was expert and really helped us choose the perfect options. I had trouble operating one of the blinds after a few days and the team could not have been more helpful, polite on the phone and had someone out the next day to look at it. Not an issue since. This is the second time I have used Shades to install outdoor blinds in my back room. Their level of service and communication has always been 100%. The blinds are beautiful and I'm so glad I added the automatic remote control. Nathan has been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this company.
We have dealt with Shades on 3 previous occasions. Each time the staff were cheerful & helpful and we were happy with the end result. Our fourth and final experience with the company was less pleasant. Whilst all 3 blinds look good, the Friday afternoon installation of one of them looks, well, like a Friday afternoon installation.
