Awning issues. I made 3 phone calls, one email ...zero follow up or response. Had some issues with quality of install, ie.. I believe awning needs to be on slight slope to allow water to drain off instead of pooling in mass puddles in middle, not helped by the whole frame already sagging in centre, also one of rails not screwed on securely. phoned 3 Fridays in a row, said they were onto it, but no return call, then my last call to them on 3rd Friday I was asked to send photos via email which i have done... 5 days ago! .. sti... read more

We recently had screen roller blinds installed at the front of our house for privacy, along with beautifully made blockout curtains on two windows. The advice we received was expert and really helped us choose the perfect options.
