We have dealt with Shades on 3 previous occasions. Each time the staff were cheerful & helpful and we were happy with the end result. Our fourth and final experience with the company was less pleasant. Whilst all 3 blinds look good, the Friday afternoon installation of one of them looks, well, like a Friday afternoon installation. We didn’t really notice at first because the blind initially didn’t hang straight due to being rolled up. However it soon became apparent that it hadn’t been put up very well. I was so impressed with the service It was only a small repair job - not the fault of Shades at all . I thought at first it would be too small and fiddly however Shades could but have been more helpful They quickly dealt with the repair, arriving on time , explaining what needed to be done I even was a bit cheeky and asked for some help with an old curtain while they here Again it wasn’t a problem and curtain was quickly sorted out - in fact I was shown how to prevent the problem from happening again I have dealt with Shades... read more
