I bought 2 motorized shades here last year. One is a direct plug the other has to be charged. I LOVE them. When the one needing to be charged started beeping I had no idea what to do. I called the store. Jerry came out promptly, adjusted the shade, and showed me how to charge it. No additional fee. Great company. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!’
