Melissa was extremely nice and personable. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all of my questions effortlessly. I highly recommend her for any electrolysis or facial services.
Amazing customer service, thoroughly explained everything as far as the process, results and follow up. Above all that was a lovely warm experience, overall so great!
Melissa is incredibly kind and patient. I had a terrible experience with my first attempt at electrolysis (a different shop) and I was very nervous the first time I went in. She put me completely at ease. I'm very glad I found her to help me through this journey!!
If you have been on the fence about doing this, do it. Not to sound dramatic, but it is life changing. Melissa is great. She explained the process and walked me through each appointment, and she is kind, professional, and a total pleasure.
I have suffered with painful ingrown hairs under my neck since my teenage years and Melissa is currently relieving me of that problem. While there is some discomfort during the process, I know that the long term benefits will be worth it. I strongly agree with all of the other reviews, Melissa is a true professional and is very good at what she does. I strongly recommend her services to anyone suffering from ingrown hairs.
