We ordered drapes and window treatment in August 2024. They are still not fully functional as of May 2025. Cost $7,000+. The owner Sharma will not complete the job or return our calls. The workmanship on two of the windows is quite unsightly and foam gasket material is hanging from the windows. Trying to work with manufactures now to get electronics/remote operational. I wish I read their reviews before ordering.
A dream. Working with Sarmla was wonderful. She helped me look at options and patiently worked with me as I chose. I’ve just had the shades installed and I couldn’t be happier.
I rated this company a 2 star. There is a severe lack of service after the sale and if you don't follow up, you will never get your product installed or repaired. The product is what we were looking for but the time to get the product and the extensive follow up with Sharmla was horrible. If we did not call to follow up on the order, we would not get an update. My husband and I have been looking to put the finishing touches on our house, the perfect set of custom drapes! My husband found Shades Drapes and More. It’s right here in the Woodland’s. Sharmla, the owner, has a very keen eye for design, color, and texture. She met with us, and then came to the house. Together we found the perfect fit! Sharmla and her team created a unique and comfortable experience which brought my home to life. My husband and I were very impressed with the technical knowledge and the installation team made the smart home integration both smooth and simple.
