We had a great experience! Eric was on top of things and always had us set up and ready to go!
We paid for 5 days for 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella (this was in addition to the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that were included with our rented beach house). However, on our last beach day we were missing an umbrella and tried contacting the company several times to get the missing umbrella brought out to us. We were told via text that it was on it's way and we never received it & NEVER got any response back from the company again regarding the issue! Great service. Highly recommended family run company. Ran into Kevin, the owner, on the beach as he was taking down chairs. Very nice guy. Called the next day for a two day reservation. Cash transaction on the beach and had no problems swapping a day and his team kept up with it. Will definitely use this service next year.
