Have been coming to this salon for years, but now going to another salon. I phoned to make an appt... Bonnie, owner, says she had an opening at 1:00, said they had a 2 hour slot so no problem. I arrive and was taken down the hall for a brow tin. As i was going down the hall the owner calls the technician back and i hear a bunch of whispering. After the service, tech walks me to the front and Bonnie says they won't be able to do the next service and to come back tomorrow. I was shocked, I just booked the appt an hour before a... read more
