Arrived just a hour before walking down to this poolside restaurant. Looking forward to the world renowned service that happens in Orlando. The staff was completely disorganized and I'm not sure if the older militant black gentleman is a manager of the restaurant but he was barking orders at me when my buzzer went off and told me to look at him bc I was trying to explain to the cashier my order was wrong. He was extremely loud and very unprofessional for a Hilton run resort. He had no type of etiquette or knowledge of how to communicate with paying guests and staff. Nice plans to hang out. Good food.
We spent the day at the lazy river and had great food and drinks at Shades. The chicken nachos were a huge portion. I had a Shark Week drink which was a very tasty non-alcoholic drink. They provided ice water and were very speedy and friendly. The comment about the gratuity being included is correct however it was all over the receipt that it was included. A great place for food and drinks poolside!
