Bad with communication! I am over it.
My hair was horribly botched at a different salon and I reached out to Kimberly at Shades. She was able to get me in and she worked pure magic! My hair looks and feels amazing. I want to show off my cut and color to everyone now. Thank you, Kimberly for making me feel good about my hair again!
Great color but something is wrong with her communication. Happened not once but 3 times with simple questions. She thinks I am a stylist so would not explain things at all. I don’t know color and need simple things answered especially with the job I am in. Clearly, did not have any concern for my job or having simple customer service!
