We cannot say enough wonderful things about ShadePro and their construction of shade structures and the replacement to worn and torn shades. We have 20 childcare campuses and where we have shade structures, they have been installed and shades replaced by ShadePro for over 23 years. They are a pleasure to deal with and bend over backwards with their customer service.

We LOVE our beautiful playground shade! Kyle and the whole crew at ShadePro were thorough, professional, and kept the safest worksite I've ever seen throughout the whole process. Our kids love this airy delightful structure that makes playing outdoors in the Texas heat a lot more fun. Definitely a worthwhile investment.
Updated review, a year later we decided to move. The shade structure is still in outstanding condition. No major issues with the sail itself and the structure still looks great with no major powder coat blemishes. Tyler helped us coordinate removal and a move to the new house. Crew was punctual and cleaned up after ourselves. Can praise the customer service and product enough. Still recommend Shade Pro!
