Update 9/26/25: Resolved a minor issue regarding our awesome backyard shade structure today - with help from Tyler and his team. We just had a 20x40 cantilever shade installed over our back patio. Stephen and the guys did a fantastic job!! They delivered it ahead of schedule and completed the install in a day and a half. Left my backyard looking like they were never there. Very professional. Highly recommend!!
I had Shade Pro install a cantilever style awning in my drive. My driveway has a slope of about 7 degrees and the shade had to follow the slope of the drive. Otherwise, one side would have been higher than the other side, no uniform shading....awkward. I discussed the need to follow the slope of the drive with Tyler and his crew chief, Edgar, they knew exactly what was needed.
