Not professional at all. Scratched arms of new replacements. Bent new siding and broke support and to put on new awning pryed rain gutter and awning has ripples when opened. Not stretch properly and when call about why it is raining into the roller of the awning he doesn't answer or return my calls back. For the price that we paid I think he would of taken better pride In his work to satisfy his customer as l will not recommend him to anyone. And now someone else will be having t9 fix his screw ups.
