We got so lucky choosing Shaded Celebrations to work with for our wedding. Throughout the whole process of planning, Tom and his team were so great to work with. They were extremely communicative and gave us really great suggestions for our outdoor wedding. The week of our wedding, the weather was horrible, and the forecast for our wedding day was even worse. Used for my daughter’s bridal shower. Delivery and set up was great! Tent was great but was a little dirty on the inside. Aside from that it was nice with the tent liner on the ceiling. Garden chairs were really nice! Linens for the tables and garden chairs were perfect and zero wrinkles. Highly recommend.
It was a great experience in the beginning, quick response and delivery was on time. The crew forgot one of my fill n chill tables and didn't set up the chairs, but told me they'd be back at 9am with the table and to set up the 48 chairs before my party. Well, they never showed up the next day and after texts and phone calls to the company nobody had the decency to get back to me, and they never showed up. Phenomenal service and communication and just overall satisfaction when using this place for our outdoor wedding celebration. We got the 20x20 and the 15x15 and the tables and chairs and fans. Everything was delivered on time and setup with no complications or issues. They even were great with our curious dog Korra that kept bugging them while they were setting up.
