I wish I could give 0 stars for customer service alone.. I made an order on April 21st. Website states delivery is 5-7 days. I emailed on May 1st because there was no movement on the package. No response. I hadn’t received a tracking # or anything. I sent another message a few days later STILL no response. Loved my gloss
Absolutely loved the lip gloss & liner, the shipping was super quick & I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response by customer service. She was able to change my gloss last minute. I will be purchasing again!
I don’t know if it took that long for the first order to come through why people would want to continue to buy. But anyways I’m all about great service and I thought I would support a few black owned companies and she was one I ordered my stuff going on 2 weeks and no updates or delivery of my item. So, I ordered the strawberry oatmeal mask and the tooty fruity mask on May 1st. I received my masks on May 8th. Once I received my product the strawberry mask was busted. It was everywhere. I took a picture of it and my order number and email support. They responded back a couple days later stating they will return the item that is busted. I’m still awaiting that item.
