Superb service and product. John from ShadeCraft in Scottsboro provided excellent service on intsallation of Plantation Shutters from initial inquirey to intsallation. Extremely peofessional, knowledgeable and courteous. Provided initial info over the phone, then conducted in-person appointment for the estimate, measurments, and answered all our questions. John came to our place to show us his product and take measurements. He had quite a few samples to chose from. He was able to show examples of the types of shades he had and how they worked. We found John to be quite pleasant and knowledgeable. He did run into some problems, not having the product that we had decided upon but was able to find us an alternative.
